WARNING DO NOT USE ALPHA ROOMS
we are in Spain on our 4th day out of 7 we have been refused access to our rooms as the hotel has not been paid phoned Alpharooms only to be transferred numerous times then told someone will contact us in 15 min no call back and now closed until tomorrow we have had to pay over £1600 to get into our rooms as we have to disabled people who required there medication totally disgusting what this so called company has done nothing but cowboys
