Despite a good concept, the service and site let you down.
Booked a twin (as showing on site) but the hotel charged me extra to change from Double to twin. The requirements you choose may not get relayed to the hotel. Guess what. Their customer service took 28 days to get back and did not bother nor update their site nor refund.
