Despite being regular customers i will not be using Alpha Rooms again.
We couldn't travel toTurkey on 23rd April - we were sent a refund credit note on 20th May.
Since then i have e mailed them on numerous occasions to advise that i do not want a voucher and require them to refund me in full as per my legal rights.
Thus far they have failed to even do me the courtesy of a reply
Shocking customer service !
