Unable to take up accommodation booked as flights cancelled due to COVID and British Nationals not able to enter the US. Emailed Alpha Rooms to see what they could do re a refund several times with no response. Tried calling, took ages to get through when I eventually was answered they asked if I was Insured then said to claim through them. I told them the Insurance Company would only pay if AR confirmed in writing they would not refund. I was then left on hold for over 15 minutes and then cut off. I have had the exact same scenario several times now.
They are the most terrible company to deal with, totally unreasonable and appalling customer service. I would NEVER consider using them again, and would suggest no one else does!
