After taking my booking and money the customer service was appalling. I agreed to pay cancellation costs , as their terms and conditions even though it was outside my control. I have it in writing they would refund the balance. 2+ months later and still no refund and they are refusing to adhere to the agreement made with me when they set the terms I even wrote and made a complaint to Mr Edara, one of the Directors (Letter was signed for,)and he hasn’t had the decency to try and resolve or contact me so I will now take my complaint to the travel ombudsman to resolve. I will not leave this matter alone until I have the refund I am entitled to. I can’t emphasise enough “Avoid Alpharooms at all costs!!!)
