I rented a car from arguscarhire in Paris from June 23 . 2023 until July 4. 2023 . Picked up the car at Terminal 2 C/D Charles DeGault Airport and returned it at the very same place as usual . All of a sudden they deducted € 180 from my credit card since I had not dropped the car off on Terminal 2 "E/F “ 200 meters away just on the other side of the SAME Terminal . This was indicated on the rental paper in VERY SMALL PRINT at the bottom !!!! Nor did the Lady while taking back the vehicle mention that TEMPORARILY it should have been “E/F” 200 meters away !!!! Nice way to fool and collect “ pocket money from customers !! NEVER AGAIN !! It now has taken 3 ( THREE MONTHS ) to respond , hoping one will give in !! Don’t use this company , there are plenty others with good prices and honest business !!!
