Where do I start with this very fraudulent people. I wish there was a negative star and I would have selected it as they don't deserve 1 star. My feedback ID is 66412877. When I signed up and paid for Badoo they retained my card and automatically toggled the auto topup on even when I manually toggled it off. They also stored my card details even when I did not want. This is totally against compliance. I also noticed a lot of fake profiles that looked like they bought if from some profile seller. I cancelled my subscription upon noticing all these and more. End of month Badoo charged my card again despite all that I had opted out for, claiming that there is no record of opting out and that it is their terms and conditions. I contacted them and they are so focused on how to fraudulently take money off people during this difficult financial times for a very poor app and services. I have asked my bank to chase the money for me. Bottomline is I would not advise anyone to sign up for this or pay a dime for it. Use other dating apps instead of this. They are a scam and try to frustrate all efforts of cancelling and all just to take your money.
