I placed an order through there website on 28th June,
It was cash on delivery.
Later I got a message from shipway that it has been cancelled.
I did not cancel the order and did not receive any mail or call from your there regarding it.
I am attaching the screenshot of order confirmation and message from shipway.
this was very unprofessional at there end.
