Where to start? I have never dealt with such a dishonest strategic company. Firstly I ordered $5000 on a vanity and top. The items said in stock and will be shipped in a few days. After a week I receive an email saying one of the products isn't available due to damages and will take 10-15 weeks. I called them and they said the other item is in stock and will ship it. No shipping confirmation. Multiple calls later they said they will send it out immediately. I received another email after that call today. Apparently this part was "damaged also". Oh how lucky am I do get a 50% discount on third party shipping. My cost will only be $2000 YES $2000 more than the cost of the vanity. I called to cancel and they said my account was never charged yet I have proof and it was taken out the day I purchased online. I will be contacting the bank, Business Bureau and authorities as they charged $5000.
This was their last email after over a week of promising to ship:
