I’m writing this to express my extreme disappointment with the products I received in my recent order. As a first-time customer, I had certain expectations, but unfortunately, what I received was completely unacceptable. The packaging looked like it had been pulled out of a dustbin – filthy, damaged, and giving off a foul smell. The yogurt container was overflowing and leaking, which made it completely unfit for use. The bills were dirty, some products didn’t have the expiry date printed properly, and overall, the entire package felt unsafe and unhygienic to use. Please understand that even if the items were on sale, they were still paid for – and deserve the same quality and care as any other product. This is not only disappointing but also raises serious concerns about health and safety. If this is the standard you operate at, I honestly don’t see how you expect to retain customers. I will not be placing another order – even if it’s free – and I’ll be sure to share this experience with others to warn them. Expecting a response and resolution, though I’m not hopeful after this experience.
