Our experience was a complete nightmare with BestHeating.com. Basically, they not just only failed delivery and created a lot of troubles with the building plans and my builder, but also a lot of phone calls and email back, and asked to do all the manual works for their collection services. On top, the same number of calls and messages from their currier to call back and sort that out for them. they just treat their customers like cheap labor.
