Ordered a radiator on Sunday evening and paid for next day delivery - waited in all day and it did not arrive. Called BestHeating Tuesday morning and was told there is a backlog with delivery. I appreciate this can happen but a heads up wouldn't have gone a miss.
Had to cancel order as it will not arrive in time.
Customer Service where helpful and apologetic.
