Ordered a radiator. It arrived in a box, looked fine. Got a gas engineer in, opened the box, radiator bent. Called the company - offered to send a new one. Fine. They offered no discount (to help pay for the gas engineer). They then have made me take ANOTHER 1/2 day off work to wait for ANOTHER company who will take away the old radiator. Worst customer service in quite some time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
