Package 2 months late, still waiting.
I don’t review companies, but have to warn people against this one.
Ordered 17th Dec, still no package in sight (today is 8th Feb).
No one has ever reached out to tell me there’s an issue or apologise.
I’ve emailed several times asking where it is & been assured it will be here very soon (at one point it was definitely arriving by 19th Jan, that obviously didn’t happen).
There are lots of amazing eco businesses out there & they give a damn when things go wrong. Don’t waste your time with this one x
