They promised free delivery, but I had to pay for delivery. Their support is terrible and wastes your time for no reason.
bookdepo advertises itself with free delivery. In Hungary, they have a subcontractor (the state postal service actually). Bookdepo pays for them to deliver the books as 'letters' which means they have to fit in your postbox (they don't fit in a usual Hungarian mailbox). So instead of your book, you get a ticket, from the delivery and if you want them delivered to your door you pay again. I wrote about this for bookdepo support, but their answers were horrible, and directly contradicting not just each other but bookdepo FAQ. (For example: "Please note you are responsible for any local taxes and shipping."
