ordered my book on July 25th, 2020
They promised me it would arrive on August 24
When he did not arrive and I asked, they rescheduled my arrival date for September 8
Being today on September 17 and the book having not arrived, I ask you to offer me a reasonable explanation that justifies the delay or refund all the money and give me a compensation for inappropriate information, exceeding waiting time and inadequate service
Your mailing service is awful.
I cannot understand how hundreds of people in my country, Argentina, are buying various types of merchandise (computers, phones, etc.) in Europe, in USA or China and the arrival times do not exceed more than ten days. Please give me an honest and accurate answer, not a formatted and lying one
