They are thieves. I return wrong item they send to me and they don't want to refund me, they said that "the item need more investigations before refund" this website is a joke!!!!! I don't remove the item of the box and I don't try it because the mistake is visible, wrong size of shoes (39 EU send for 42 EU buy). They make the mistake and it's like it's my fault! I bought many things by internet since 20 years and I never see that before!
It's a shame.
