3 weeks and still no solution 10 phone calls 10 emails. Same answer. 850€ money gone clothes gone. No refund. We are investigating is the only thing i hear. You can’t let a customer wait that long. Shame on you all. How you deal with this issue. Learn from Zalando. I never buy anything here again. Shame on you all
