Hello, I have ordered from Boozt.com. Ordered 3 clothes items, one was wrong- sox. Wrote to customer service, were helpful, a little confused at first. In the second e-mail everything was sorted out. Could decide on a refund or new purchase, with no problem at all. It is adviseable to read the small print, as always.
