Have bought a lot from this company over the last few years, but recently it’s gone downhill. Soiled or incorrect items, inaccurate description, shoddy customer service and confusing returns info. Postage and returns fees are very high, and delivery times rarely guaranteed. Waste of time to have to follow it up, if you want a simple life then don’t use this company.
Giving 2 stars as bargains can be good, especially if you’re willing to buy ahead eg kids clothes (though always check other places, sometimes cheaper elsewhere)
