Really wish I could give less than 1 star. Still waiting for an item ordered 6 weeks ago. Customer service team can only advise that it is being processed by the warehouse but can't/won't give any timelines or updates. Three members of the customer service team have said they will refund postage fee but so far that hasn't happened either.
Zero empathy from the customer service team and they never call or email when they say they will.
Will not use again and would not recommend
