Absolutely appalling customer service.
I live in Ireland, Brand Alley charged me UK vat on my purchase. I then had to pay Irish vat on the import.
I raised this issue with customer service & was given some bull about DPD charges by someone called Shannon. I replied it had nothing to do with DPD but as it was an international shipment, UK vat should not have been charged - if Amazon & QVC can do it, why can’t Brand Alley.
I’m still waiting for a reply.
Moral of the story, if you are based outside the UK AVOID AT ALL COSTS
