I ordered fresh water pearls during the xmas sale. The first time I placed the order after waiting for long I was told it was out of stock. Then I reordered another one which took long to arrive then when it did. It was much smaller than anticipated with a cheap box. No certificate of authenticity or product guarantee. I don't even know if they are actually pearls
