Ordered some trainers as a present for my partner and I was pleased with the delivery and service initially.
The trainers were the wrong style for my partner so I contacted B2B about returning them. The customer service rep told me I was eligible for a store gift card only and wasn’t aware of the business’s extended Xmas return period until I sent her a screenshot from their website.
I returned the trainers on 30.12.2023 and used Royal Mails online tracker which confirms that they were received on 02.01.2024.
I have asked for confirmation on the status of my refund four times; called customer services multiple times (phone lines always too busy) and i have contacted them via WhatsApp message (as stated in their customer service contact instructions).
And to top it off; their customer service site no longer works.
As yet - I have not received a single response from B2B and my last contact with them was when they said I was only eligible for a store credit.
The shoes were over £100 so not exactly cheap; this whole experience has made me really question the legitimacy of the site, the credibility of the Trust Pilot reviews and whether or not this is all just a big scam.
