You also can't fault the customer services; I've never once had a poor service from them. I was a sent a discount code for their amazing new retro fleeces, and due to wanting to make sure I was getting the right size, I asked about a million questions - all answered so quickly and gave great advice. After receiving my order, I decided the next size up would be better.
