Returned an or for a refund, when refund didn’t arrive, I emailed to chase, owner Mike asked when I returned and if I had proof, he would then try to find out if it was received and who received it? This does not sound like great stock level procedures and made me suspicious, I replied with a copy of my postage receipt, now he will not respond to my emails.
