i ordered a computer before the France covid lockdown,it arrived finally 2 months later,i never took the computer and it returned to cdiscount store but cdiscount took my money twice to my bank account and never refund me back to my bank account,they refund me by a ticket offer on their website and oblige me to buy again on their website or after the fourth Calling to their customer service ,gently proposed me to send me a bank check by mail services thet will be lost on thoses troubled times ,so i spend more money,and i spend 16euros in phone calls to order service but they have no issues just lies to tell me ,so,i've lost money ,time and Energy.They have no respect for clients.
