I just came back from blue water in Kent . I had purchased a pair of joggers and was specifically told
That I have a 28 day refund / exchange policy on items . On paying for the item I noticed the lady stamping it with an ink marker ‘ refund policy explained’
On reading the receipt it says specifically exchange only .
This is awful . Deceitfully undermining trust of the customer . I was bare face lied to. I was going to buy a durnham Canada goose jacket but now I won’t be at all .
Absolutely dispicable way of treating people
