On our recent visit to Clarks at Middlebrook, Bolton two assistants Jimmy and Amir were helpful and informative whilst we were purchasing trainers and shoes for our grandson. They made my 9 year old grandson so at ease that he actually said "I like those two people".
We left the store with exactly what my grandson needed.
