Ordered Online - a pair of Men's Shoes size 11, Clark's delivered size 10 ?
How hard can it be to select the correct size!!!!!
So, I had to go to the local Clark's shop to get a refund (or pack it all up and return it).
Why do companies like Clark's employ staff who cannot read or cannot be bothered to do the job properly.....and when it goes wrong, its the customer who is left to sort it out......not a happy customer.
