Ordered 2 pairs of shoes online £155, arrived very quickly, they were not right for me so I took them to the Clark’s Shop near me for a refund as it said I could on my invoice. Sorry can’t do refunds here I was told, you can leave them and I will deal with it the manageress said. Ok I leave the shoes, can I have a receipt to say there are in the shop, no we can’t do this. Have been in touch with Customer Support twice, who are based in South Africa still waiting, at least some acknowledgment to say they have my shoes, never mind a refund. Why does Clark’s say return your shoes to a store for a refund when this is not the case?
