Customer service non existent.Received no reply from my emails,which were regarding a pair of trainers which were described as white and were certainly not white more off white
As a privately owned company I would look into how you could easily lose the trust you have built up over the years.
I have always trusted Clark’s but have been severely disappointed and surprised by them in this instance.
