I have used Clark’s in Kidderminster for over 16 years I have always had an excellent service the staff have always been top class until today. A lady with no people skills not prepared to go the extra mile miserable and unaccomadating what a disappointment. The member of staffs name is Kelly and she has really let the shop down today. Very disappointed good customer.
