Dear Sir/Madam, I am deeply sorry to inform you that my warranty for a pair of sandals from your company was not valid after 15 days after the purchase and only 3 times when I used them. I live in Romania and I purchased them from a local mall. After 3 days, the leather started coming off without any reason. When I sent them to the technical department to be inspected, they gave me an absolutely incredible answer: involuntary accident of both feet, inappropriate usage of the sandals. I am inclined to believe that they have no qualification in this field and they misrepresent you overseas. I will go to the next level of officials locally, but I just wanted to draw your attention to a fact which might affect the good reputation of your company worldwide. I doubt that your experts would find such a solution to solve this problem. It is outrageous and I think it is my responsability to share with you how non professionals are discrediting your name.
