Firstly the delivery day was stated as 3 dafter i ordered the item - which is why i ordered from this supplier. Needless to say the item didnt arrive on time now has it 14 days later. No explaination or apology, poor customer service no reply to emails etc..
What there do not make clear at point of purchase is that they are based in Denmark.
I aim to ask for a refund but based on other peoples experiences this could be quite a challenge.
AVOID.... find a UK based supplier
