I think this may be a scam.
I placed an order on 29/12/2020, the payment was processed immediately, but 20 days later I still haven't received anything. The order tracking states that the parcel stayed in a warehouse in Denmark for 2 weeks, and then returned to the sender.
Customer "support" just said it will get there eventually, it was delayed because of Brexit, and to get back to them in 30 days.
Despite the .co.uk URL, they're based in Denmark, but this isn't stated anywhere on the website.
