I bought a Philips Grind and Coffee maker from Coolshop in May 2020. In Feb 2021, the grinding function of the coffee maker stopped working. I asked for repair or replacement under the 1-year guarantee on 10th March, and Coolshop provided me with a return label the next day. I returned the coffee maker on 12th March. From that date on, I had no further information or communication from Coolshop. On 19th March, I asked for an update, and Coolshop's response was that it would take 3 - 6 weeks to get the coffee maker inspected in Denmark (!). I contacted Coolshop again on 23rd April, at the end of the six-week period to ask when the coffee maker would be returned or replaced- no response. Since then, I have written three follow-up e-mails - no response. So after spending £ 158 on this coffee maker last year to see it becoming dysfunctional after 9 months, I am now left without a coffee maker and without any information about how Coolshop is going to resolve this problem. There is no customer phone contact, the company's chat line isn't working and there is no response to e-mails. So please be warned of using this company.
