Coolshop have taken £545 from my account two days after my order was placed for a printer.. Its now 12 days and no goods, despite their website saying my order is completed. I've e mailed - no response. I've searched for a telephone number to discuss what's happening. cant find one. contrary to statements on the coolshop website their chatline is not open on sat or sundays. I'm not impressed , I want either my printer delivered in next 48 hours or my money refunded and order cancelled. I wont shop here again and would advise anyone else to avoid . Customer services are non existant
