Positive despite my initial concerns After placing order I was really worried this was a scam site as I read other reviews. I contacted the online chat who said the order was in transit from Denmark to UK. I was still dubious but was relieved to be given a tracking number with Royal Mail. The item arrived today and is fine. It took about 11 days from placing the order. My only reason for not giving 5stars is that being a .co.uk web address is slightly misleading and I only realised afterwards that this is a Danish company so goods were sent from Denmark to U.K. Overall though my experience is positive & customer service was helpful.
