I found the item I wished to purchase and Coolshop offered the best price. After reading some of the reviews on this site I hesitated and did initially looking at sourcing elsewhere but stock issues and cost etc led me back to Coolshop and I thought I would give them a go as although some reviews had been bad quite a few others had been good and I have got to say my experience has been very good. I was warned at order placement that delivery services were busy and I might experience some delays but the product, a game I wanted for the family at Christmas, came very quickly and is as expected. Admittedly I haven't needed to deal with their customer service so I can't comment on that - but order fulfilment has been very good.
