Game released today, preordered well in advance. Despite this the game is still oversees and has not yet even reached Royal Mail.
Their preorder policy clearly states that games are posted ahead of time to arrive in time for release day. When querying this they simply hide behind statements that delivery timescales are 6-10 days and they won't be held responsible for postal delays.
If you know it takes 6-10 days for delivery then why only post the game the day before release from oversees after offering release day delivery?
