8ve used cools hop for a few years now. Never had an issue.
I ordered a game just before Christmas, it arrived and didn't work. I started a return. Coolsshop sent a freepost return label. I posted it and now they are asking for proof 9f postage. Duh. Can't get a refund at the moment. They say it has to return back to their warehouse for inspection. Its an empty box with a code for the game again duh. Customer services are unhelpful and take forever to get back to you.
