this company has no customer care or whatsoever. I purchased a cream from Ren and unfortunately I got a rash from it. When I contacted them, they said that they cannot guarantee that their creams (not theirs but Ren's) suit everybody and that they could not do anything for me!!!
Fortunately I contacted Ren, great customer service and willing to help
