We purchased a TEFAL deep fat fryer which came with a TWO PIN CONTINENTAL PLUG despite this being falsely professing to be a UK COMPANY WITH A UK WEB ADDRESS Here now is the very worrying and dangerous aspect of this company THE ONE COMMUNICATION RECEIVED AS A RESPONSE TO OUR COMPLAINT WAS THAT WE SHOULD USE A PLUG ADAPTER THIS WOULD NOT RESULT IN THE APPLIANCE BEING EARTHED THEIR ADVICE COULD BE FATAL IF A SHORT CIRCUIT TO THE METAL CASE OCCURRED UK BUYERS BEWARE CHECK THAT THE APPLIANCE HAS A THREE CORE LEAD AND CHANGE THE PLUG FOR A SUITABLE UK FUSED ONE AND STEER CLEAR OF COOLSHOP
