Do not use this company.
I too ordered a pressure washer and it came with a European plug fitted. When I contacted them they just offered a free adapter. When I contacted the manufacturer they do not recommend using the product with an EU plug.
The customer service is terrible as it takes them ages to reply to emails and returns take too long. I am still waiting for a refund after 3 weeks as the return goes to a uk address and is then sent to Denmark before they will refund your money.
