Having trouble contacting and getting any response to our Travel Claim, sent everything they asked for from GP and hospital discharge (emergency operation details), which weren't good enough still wanted to contact GP again, and still nothing this has happened, been going on since October.
Totally unacceptable.
It shouldn't be this hard to get a legitimate claim paid back.
