absolutely awful! Flight was cancelled, supposed to be covered by my policy. Claim declined, reason - "your flight was not delayed". In the same decline letter stating that cancellations due to strikes are covered. This is just a joke! Multiple emails and calls with no result. This company is a scam. Why they even allowed to operate?
