Needed to build some cabinets around CH boiler and pipework,not a standard design and was having some problems sorting materials that would fit without too much waste. A lady on the kitchens department offered to help and was a great help. Just one problem..a pack of doors were damaged in transit. A quick call to customer services and replacement doors are on the way. No hassle and very polite. ( hope these doors are ok ). would have scored top marks if it wasn't for the damaged doors.
