I ordered £90 worth of wool on the 16th June I am still waiting for it to arrive. Deramores have changed their procedures for international ( I live in Spain) delivery. I have been in contact with their customer service, over 40 messages, but I am not getting anywhere. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but as the delivery companies are not willing to say they have lost my package Deramores say they cannot refund.
