I placed my first order with this company last week. I will not be placing another! The company GUARANTEES delivery within 2 days which I why I ordered with them and not my usual yarn supplier. I needed the yarn urgently for an order I was knitting. ONE item from my order arrived in 2 days but the rest did not. Three days later and no reply from the company to my email. It seems that once they have your money they are no longer interested. Avoid!
